"EN ROute to the rally Friday - I-90 west bound broke down - Tammy helped arrange parts for pick to get to me on the side of the road - she's great!
Return trip home thru Pierre - still having charging problems - Petersons picked me and 93 Wide Glide up thru HOG Roadside Assistance (yes it really works!) - stayed till they had my ride done, (they close at 2 pm, I left Peterson HD at 6:30pm - Russ, Ross, Tammy and all the others, You guys ROCK - Made my waite and enabled my return home as scheduled! "Stator went out on my 1988 FLHTC en route to Sturgis. Made it into Peterson HD at 10:50 am. They analyzed problem-put new stator in and back on the road at 12:10pm. WOW That is fantastic service. Good work at reaqsonable price. Good to meet good people when you are broke down 1000 miles from home. Thanks to all at Peterson HD Pierre, SD !!"

"When I returned from a two year Army Reserve mobilization in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom I had my heart set on the purchase of a new Harley Davidson. I personally visited several Harley Davidson Dealers in Colorado and Texas in 2004 before returning to South Dakota. The staff at Petersen Motors was terrific including in assisting me in linking up with someone who coached me as I regained the motorcycle endorsement on my driver's license.
They helped me with the purchase of some accessories for my Sportster and have always been there to answer any questions I had on maintenence and upkeep.
In a word they have been "terrific". "
